How it Works | The Process

01. Inquire with us
First, fill out our form on my contact page and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can (usually within 24 hours, unless I am on a mountain).
We will then find a time that works to have a video call (local? Let’s grab coffee!) so we can talk more about your day and get to know each other!

02. Book with us
Once your date is determined and you want to work together, we will book you in! To secure your date, pay your 20% retainer fee and e-sign the contract and then you’re officially booked in!! Woo

03. Plan with us
Once you are booked in, l’ll send you my elopement welcome guide. We will collaborate to craft your vision. If you need a hand, I’ll be here to help with custom location suggestions. I will then assist with finding vendors, assist with permits, activity ideas, build timeline consults, whatever you need!

04. Adventure with us!
The fun part- Elopement day! We will have a great day as your vision comes to life. Once your day(s) is done, I will work hard to get your photos (and video if you’re doing both) within 8 weeks. Dont worry, you’ll get sneak peeks within 48 hours. Wanf a custom album to relive the day? Just let me know.

ALL DAY - 12 HOUR
Up to 12 hours of coverage in Alberta
Photo + Video: 7400
Enjoy the whole day coverage, feel free to take breaks and kick back and relax. Can be split into 2 days.
All day coverage from sunrise to sunset capturing the whole adventure of your day. Can be multiple locations, multiple activities, and various parts of the day to tell the whole story.
Photo only: 5400
HALF DAY - 8 HOUR
Up to 8 hours of coverage in Alberta
Photo + Video: 6400
This package is for the couple that wants a good amount of coverage, potentially hiking a mountain, doing an activity, and the feeling of that full day coverage.
Up to 8 hours of time allowing for a stress free day and plenty of time for documentary style coverage.
This is our most popular package.

SHORT + SWEET - 4 HOUR
Up to 4 hours of coverage in Alberta
Photo + Video: 4000
This short and sweet package is for those who want to potentially share their vows and have a small adventure or activity together, or just a few key moments for the day.
This package is also fitting for a true mini elopement with the 2 of you, or a very small guest list.

This depends on what you’d like to do for your elopement, but I would suggest 3 months minimum!

While my partner and I are experienced hikers and will be happy to take you up a mountain, there are also endless other ideas and adventures you can have for your elopement - so no you do not!

Yes- Our elopement coverage is up to 20 people (A note if you are looking to have your ceremony in the National Parks it is 20max including yourselves and us)
