I’m Sara - the photographer you’ll connect with from the first email to the final gallery. When video or additional photography is part of your experience, I bring along my trusted filmmaking partner so your day is captured seamlessly, from multiple perspectives, without ever feeling staged or overwhelming.

I believe this business is deeply personal, and I treat it as such. Being able to document such a beautiful moment in your life is one I do not take lightly.

My partner and I are in love with where we live, and love sharing that with our couples as well.

As a nurse, I have literally saved lives. I have also seen and experienced how impactful the images and memories we hold are, and I feel such a full heart of gratitude to be able to do this.

I photograph elopements and weddings with a documentary eye and a deep appreciation for quiet, honest moments..the kind you feel more than notice in real time.

When couples choose to include video, content, or a second photographer, I collaborate with my partner , my filmmaker whose approach mirrors my own: unobtrusive, intentional, and rooted in storytelling rather than spectacle. Together, we capture your day as it actually felt : the movement, the voices, the in-between moments that photos alone can’t hold.

Think of it less as hiring two vendors, and more as stepping into an experience that’s been thoughtfully designed around you.

My controversial opinion is that we can redefine what luxury looks like in elopements and weddings. Let’s get beautiful images, have a great day, and not stress so much.

For Randy and I, we truly feel so lucky to get to document some of people’s most intimate and special moments. Each story is unique, and we aim to tell that through an authentic and relaxed approach.

I, Sara am behind the photos and Randy is behind the video. With a decade of hiking experience and a nursing background, I will always keep you safe! Randy the engineer by trade has a meticulous attention to detail perfect for video.

The Canadian Rockies are our home base. Days when we are not photographing couples, we are photographing landscapes. We are an adventurous couple who are often seen climbing mountains in Patagonia or chasing glaciers in Iceland.
