I'm Sara , a Calgary-based elopement photographer who's spent ten years in these mountains. I know the trails, the weather, and where the light will fall in beautiful places. My partner Randy joins me as the videographer when you book photo and film together.
Whether you want a sunrise on a summit, a paddle across a glacial lake, a helicopter to somewhere most people never reach, or just to stand somewhere quiet and say your vows -I'll meet you there. I move quietly. I guide. I pay attention.

Beyond the Standard.
Helicopter days. Multi-day weekends in the backcountry. A wedding in Iceland. Some days are too specific to price in advance, so we don't try.

How it Works | The Process

01. Inquire with us
First, fill out our form on my contact page and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can (usually within 24 hours, unless I am on a mountain).
We will then find a time that works to have a video call (local? Let’s grab coffee!) so we can talk more about your day and get to know each other!

02. Book with us
Once your date is determined and you want to work together, we will book you in! To secure your date, pay your 20% retainer fee and e-sign the contract and then you’re officially booked in!! Woo

03. Plan with us
Once you are booked in, l’ll send you my elopement welcome guide. We will collaborate to craft your vision. If you need a hand, I’ll be here to help with custom location suggestions. I will then assist with finding vendors, assist with permits, activity ideas, build timeline consults, whatever you need!

04. Adventure with us!
The fun part- Elopement day! We will have a great day as your vision comes to life. Once your day(s) is done, I will work hard to get your photos (and video if you’re doing both) within 8 weeks. Dont worry, you’ll get sneak peeks within 48 hours. Wanf a custom album to relive the day? Just let me know.

This depends on what you’d like to do for your elopement, but I would suggest 3 months minimum!

While my partner and I are experienced hikers and will be happy to take you up a mountain, there are also endless other ideas and adventures you can have for your elopement - so no you do not!

Absolutely. Your day is about you and we can certainly talk about a custom quote for you. Please let me know this info in your inquiry! We can do multi day, go a backcountry hiking weekend - whatever you can dream up!

Yes! Randy is our videographer, but can also be your second photographer! (Or even as a content creator).

Yes- Our elopement coverage is up to 20 people (A note if you are looking to have your ceremony in the National Parks it is 20max including yourselves and us)
